- 2 pair long pants (NO DENIM)
- 2 long sleeved button up shirts
- Wide brimmed hat w/chin strap. (no baseball caps)

***All items MUST fit in your Trek Bucket & weigh less than 20 lbs.***
Please Label each of your items with your name.......PLEASE leave ELECTRONICS at home.
- 5 gallon bucket
- Sleeping bag (put inside a plastic bag)
- Old coat (heavy & warm)
- Rain poncho or heavy duty plastic garbage bag
- work gloves
- Water bottle (sturdy, 20 oz. min)
- 2 pairs sturdy shoes/hiking boots (NO flip flops)
- 3 pairs crew type socks ( not cotton)
- 2 sets of underwear
- Pajamas/warm sleepwear
- Headlamp/flashlight and batteries
- Insect repellant
- Small hand towel
- Small pkg. of wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Sunscreen
- Lip balm/chapstick w/sunscreen
- Personal or prescription medication
- Small personal first aid kit
- Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, comb,soap,femine hygiene, etc)
- Journal & pen
- Scriptures
- Sack dinner & snacks during drive to Bing Canyon
